Custom made by Glen Johnson, the legendary Downgrader is a neoprene sleeve with heavy shoe rubber glued and then sewn on. Pull loops help putting it on, and pull straps in the back cinch it down as tight as you can stand. The full size pad goes from just above the knee to mid-thigh.
